Whether planned or last minute, preparing for a trip can be stressful. Knowing your dog has a place to go where they are safe, loved and having a blast- can help ease some of that worry.

Here at FIDO, we treat all our bed & breakfast clients like daycare clients. What does that mean exactly? It means that after  "breakfast in bed" in one of our luxury Mason Kennels, your pup plays all day long with our daycare dogs.

Your dog has medication? Not a problem! Our staff is trained to administer pills, injections, drops, etc. And we aren't going to nickel and dime you for it. You and your dogs needs are not a burden to us.

The first day at F.I.D.O’s Bed and Breakfast is a very exciting time for your dog. If you have the chance, it is a good idea to take a walk before arriving. This is important because too much nervous energy can over-excite the other dogs that they will be meeting for the first time. You want your dog to make a good first impression! Upon dropping your dog off and when you pick him/her up, refrain from overt displays of emotion. It is natural to want to make a big fuss because you want your dog to know how much you love them. However, intense emotions at these times will only make your dog more nervous and can contribute to any anxiety.

  • Complete the registration form and bring it with you on the first day. If you want to fill it out online that is fine. If its not up then we are working on updates.
  • Bring a COPY of your dog’s vaccination records to us at time of drop off.
  • Make sure your dog is flea-free and currently on an oral or topical flea preventative.
  • Bring him or her in on a leash.
  • Bring dogs food and favorite treats in a baggie or container clearly labeled with his name. Large bag of dog food is fine as well.
  • Please let us know if your dog has had any recent medical conditions or allergies.
  • Relax and know that your dog is in good hands.

We provide clean, comfortable bedding for all dogs. Our primary goal is to make sure your dog feels at home, so please let us know upon check in if there are any services you would like us to provide. Although leaving your pet for any period of time can be difficult, rest assured that your dog’s stay at FIDO’s Bed & Breakfast is a play-cation. We also accommodate those dogs who would rather have space and a more relaxing experience. We do not allow large dogs to play with little dogs. Its our job to manage and ensure a safe environment.

  • Please call in advance to schedule your dog for a boarding visit.
  • Please let us know if your dog has had any recent medical conditions or has allergies.
  • Please be sure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date or we will not be able to allow entry.
  • If your dog is taking medications, remember to bring them in the original bottle. We will need to know specific instructions for administering them as well as what they are for.
  • Make sure your dog is flea-free and currently on an oral or topical flea preventative.
  • Bring your dog in on a leash and with a standard collar. Please leave any electric fence, choke or expensive collars at home.
  • Bring his/her favorite treats in a baggie or small container clearly labeled. Please let us know how many treats should be given and if you want any returned.
  • Please refrain from bringing toys. We have plenty. If you do bring them, please make sure they are clearly labeled with your dog’s first and last name or initials. Remember, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
  • Food can be brought in any container or bag you choose. Labeled please.
  • Keep in mind that dogs are at play with other dogs and accidents or injuries can occur from time to time. By using our hobby boarding services you are agreeing  to not hold FIDO liable for any and or all injuries that may occur. We assume zero liability if any injuries occur and or if medical attention is needed. You will be responsible  for all  medical cost during or after stay at our facility.
  • It is the clients responsibility to disclose any and all health concerns prior to scheduling.
  •  We will need you to tell us the standard measurement of food your dog requires per feeding. “My dog free-feeds,” is not specific enough. Or, you may pre-measure your dog’s food into individual baggies for each feeding. Please be sure to label each one with your dog’s name.
